Our Services

The first step to any service is to consult with the Client and Building manager so that we know what our responsibilities are as both client and service provider.

 

Once we have established our responsibilities we can then move to the next step which is to Survey the Building, Extraction, Ductwork and Extraction Fan/Housing. We can then identify and assess sources of hazard and risk, this in turn would enable us to prepare maintenance and cleaning schedule to prevent and control the risk.

 

Once a schedule is in place we should appoint a person to be managerially responsible. A long with us they would be responsible for implementing these precautions.

 

Finally we would both keep records of works carried out and a report issued a long with Certification.

Range of Services

  • Ductwork Installation and Maintenance.

  • Ventilation Cleaning and Sanitising.

​

  •  Air Handling Units (AHU) Servicing and Cleaning – These are the units responsible for generation your fresh Air.

​

  • Filter changing – This is a requirement every 12 months, minimum.

​

  • Preferred Vacuum Test (PVT) – This checks the amount dust contamination per metre squared.

​

  • DIFCO testing – This checks for mould, fungi and bacteria within your ventilation system.

​

  • Kitchen Extraction Cleaning and Maintenance to TR19 Standards.

​

  • Fire Certification on completion – This is a requirement by Law and required by insurance Companies in order to insure your Building.

​

  • In addition to all works carried out, a full comprehensive report and certification will be provided.

​

  • 24hr call out.

Order of Services

1. Full consultation with client and building or facilities manager.​

​

2. Establish responsibilities for both client and service provider. ( UK Services )​

​

3. Survey building, this may include the following depending on which service we are providing:

 â€‹

Supply system: AHU survey, ductwork, perform PVT testing if required and external louvers.

​

Kitchen extraction: Canopy survey including W.F.T.T ( Wet film thickness test ), adjoining ductwork, riser, flume and finally fan and housing.

​

4. Once we have established any risks, hazards to Health and Safety or fire hazards,we can prepare a maintenance and cleaning schedule.

​

5. Keep detailed records and reports along with certification.

​
