Reporting
For UK Services and the Client to comply with TR19 Legislation and the Building Engineering Services ( B&ES ) Publication, it is compulsory to report on works carried out. The report is an essential part of both the Pre clean and Post clean.

The Report is to include the following;

WFTT ( Wet Film Thickness Tests ) are to be taken at key points within the system to establish contamination levels, photographic evidence of these tests should be taken and Micron reading recorded.

Photographic records of contamination levels at all key points must be taken before clean continues, these are repeated in the exact same points after clean.

Drawings of Extraction System

Additional works to be carried out i.e. new Access doors
-
Recommended Cleaning schedule
-
Problems i.e leakage and maintenance issues.

An Advisory note should it be required.
