Photographic Evidence

To comply with TR19 section 7, after each clean both the client and cleaning contractor must supply a pre and post report, this is to include before and after photographic evidence of all areas cleaned. We have hundreds of images taken from all works carried out, these are stored safety and can be accessed by the customer at any time.

Why is this so important?

The report that is supplied after  every clean is key evidence that both the cleaning contractor and the client have cleaned the extraction system to TR19 standards, should the worst happen and there is a fire, the report and the photographic evidence will support your in your claim, if the system has been cleaned and there is no record, your Insurance Company may not cover the costs for any damage incurred and more importantly cover any physical harm to staff, residents or customers.

Both the client and the cleaning contractor most of shown due diligence or could face legal consequences in the event of a fire or Health and Safety issue.
